Frequency of Patient Complaints Before and After Legal Medicine Consultation in Orthopedic Ward

Background: Patient who complain of the health community are unpleasant and may endanger honor medical community. However, patients’ complaints can improve quality services, increase accuracy staff, reduce diagnostic treatment costs. The aim this study was to investigate prevalence before after legal medicine consultation in orthopedic ward Taleghani hospital Tehran, Iran. Methods: This retrospective cross-sectional investigated frequency 460 patients from spring 2011 winter 2017. Data were analyzed by excel. Results: results showed that lowest highest fall. number frequencies also decreased over time compared with previous year. 2013. Conclusion: In study, performing Iran reduced registered complaints.
